My Journey Towards Kundalini Awakening

The Beginning: My journey of Kundalini awakening began in 2014. Prior to this, I had no knowledge or understanding of Kundalini Shakti Yoga. The journey began unexpectedly, with constant exposure to references to the Bhagavad Gita on television, the internet, and in newspapers. Gradually, I developed an intense desire to understand what was contained within this sacred scripture. With utmost devotion and focus, I began studying each Sanskrit verse of the Bhagavad Gita, along with its meanings, absorbing the profound wisdom it offered. Within a month, I had completed reading the Bhagavad Gita. Interestingly, during this time, I was not working due to having resigned from my job. Positive Transformations: Soon after, I started noticing significant positive changes in both my mental and physical states.
